INSTRUCTIONS FOR E-POSTER PRESENTERS

E-Poster Viewing

You can view the WSPID 2019 E-Posters at the E-Poster stations located next to the exhibition. E-Poster stations combine all the advantages of a paper poster while being totally digital. This is an innovative way to view many of the accepted poster presentations. The E-Posters are available for viewing throughout the Congress in accordance with the exhibition hours.

Abstracts selected for E-Poster Viewing will have no specific presentation date and time.

E-Poster Discussions

The E-Poster Discussion Sessions are discussion groups around specially selected topics. Parallel E-Poster presentations will be given at the E-Poster stations on 6, 7 and 8 November. All participants are invited to the E-Poster Stations to hear the short presentations and to ask questions. Each E-Poster Discussion Session will be guided by one moderator.

E-Poster Discussion presenters have each been allocated 7 minutes to present their E-Poster at the E-Poster screens (5 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion). Presenters should be at the E-Poster stations 10 minutes before the start of the E-Poster Discussion Session.
